Fixing one roof in isolation rarely settles it. Association work needs the whole run scoped, not just the unit that complained.

National Weather Service storm reports for June 19, 2026 log one inch hail just southeast of Brooklyn Park and one and a quarter inch hail at Brooklyn Center that same evening, on the leading edge of a track that produced stones over two inches further east. Reports for August 15, 2025 log one inch hail two miles north of Brooklyn Park and one inch at Champlin. On July 27, 2025 the NWS measured a 62 mph gust at the Crystal airport just south of the city.
